Creative Retainer Program

A creative retainer is a monthly block of studio time. You commit to 10, 20, or 30 hours a month. We commit to that time being yours.

It's how brand-led companies get a multidisciplinary creative team on call without making the hire.

You already have your brand guidelines, logo, and identity system. You have ongoing creative output that needs someone who already knows your brand, every month. Hiring a full-time Creative Director costs more than you need right now.

The retainer fills that gap.

What's included

The same work the studio does on project engagements, scaled to your monthly hours:

• Photography & videography — concept, shoot, edit

• Design — marketing decks, pitch decks, brand campaigns, social graphics

• Print — brochures, flyers, stationery, newsletters

• Web — Squarespace updates, graphics, maintenance

• Creative direction — managing shoots, planning treatments, taking projects concept-to-delivery

• Other — request anything else that fits the studio's scope

• Three-month minimum commitment

• Pick a tier: 10, 20, or 30 hours a month

• Hours are reserved for you on our schedule

• Paid on the 1st, for the month ahead

• Hours don't roll over — that would defeat the point

• We flag when you're approaching your cap; overage billed at our standard rate

• Each month, we plan the next month together

Eligibility

Retainers are for clients who already have their brand guidelines and logo. New brand identity work is a separate engagement.
