A creative director and producer on your team every month.
You approve a plan. We set the story, run the production and hand back finished work with a map of where each piece goes. Most months I am the one shooting and editing, so there is no crew markup on your invoice.
Who the program is for
Some brands need a studio on the calendar. Some need a photographer for a day.
A fit if
- You have more to say than you have time to make
- Your brand already has a direction and needs stories built on it
- Someone on your team is stuck art directing on top of their real job
- You want one person accountable for story, production and delivery
- You are planning quarters, not single posts
Not a fit if
- You need someone to run your social accounts and reply to comments
- You are looking for paid media buying or ad management
- You need volume UGC from a roster of creators
- You have one shoot in mind and nothing after it
- You want the lowest day rate in the market
One shoot with nothing after it is still worth a conversation. Those are quoted per production rather than run as a program.
How a month runs
One plan to approve. Nothing else on your desk.
Once a quarter we sit down and agree what the brand is saying for the next three months and which stories carry it. You leave with a written direction instead of a mood board.
Locations, permits, talent, schedule and the shot plan, built around what your team already has booked. You see one page and say go.
Most months I am on camera and running the day. When the story needs an architectural eye or an aerial operator or a second unit, I bring in the right person and direct them.
Edited stills, vertical film and design, handed over with a map of where each asset goes and in what order. Nobody on your team has to guess what to do with a folder.
What lands in your hands
Every month, the same six things.
Written positioning for the quarter and the three or four stories built on top of it.
One page: date, location, crew, talent, shot list and what each frame is for.
A full shoot day on the calendar, run start to finish without your team managing anyone.
Finished, color corrected and sized for web, email, print and social.
Cut for the places your audience already is, with captions and a horizontal version where the story needs one.
Which asset goes where, in what order and with what line next to it. The part most studios leave out.
Programs and projects
What it costs
Start with one month. Continue by the quarter.
A full month of the program with no commitment past it. Most brands use this to see how a production day feels before they plan a quarter around one.
- Story session and written direction
- One planned production day
- Editing, design and delivery
- Placement map for the assets
Everything in the first month, running on a three month rhythm so the story compounds instead of restarting. Billed monthly, renewed by the quarter.
- Quarterly story strategy
- A production day every month
- First call on shoot dates and turnaround
- Design and art direction between shoots
What moves the number: how many production days a month, how far the shoot travels and whether the story needs a specialist on set. Travel is billed at cost, and one person traveling costs a fraction of a crew. Extra shoot days are quoted per production and approved before anything is booked. Paid media, social media management and UGC sit outside the program.

Questions people ask
The ones worth answering before a call.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Direction and production. The story work, the plan, the shoot day, the edit, the design and the delivery. Travel and specialists are billed separately so you are never paying for a crew you did not need.
Who is on set?
Most months, me. I shoot and edit the majority of the work, which keeps the cost of a program near what a single shoot costs elsewhere. When a story needs an architectural eye, an aerial operator or a second unit, I bring in the right person and direct the day.
Do you post the work for us?
No. You get finished assets and a placement map showing where each one goes. Running the accounts, replying to comments and buying media stay with your team or your agency.
Do we own what you make?
Yes. Full usage rights transfer to you on delivery, across every channel and with no expiration. I keep the right to show the work in the studio portfolio.
What if we need more than one shoot in a month?
Extra production days are quoted per shoot and approved before anything is booked. Nothing gets added to an invoice you have not seen first.
Will you travel to us?
Yes, and this is where a solo producer saves you real money. One flight and one hotel instead of four, with travel billed at cost.
What if our brand is not clear yet?
Then the program is the wrong starting point. Brand Foundation comes first, and the program picks up once there is something to build stories on.
Tell us what the next quarter needs to say.
Send the shape of what you are building and we come back inside two business days with honest thoughts on fit, scope and cost. If a program is the wrong answer, we say so.
